With so many athletes and people having to undergo Knee Surgery, I was wondering what the statistics might be? I read a news story almost daily about someone having Knee Surgery. From my personal experience it was never an issue until Sept 5, 2005. Since then it is one of my main focus.
My Knee Surgery was a complete success. I would assume many are, at least those in the athletic realm. Being a former athlete myself, the years of training and degeneration of my knee joint was a major cause to my need for surgery. However being a former athlete the rehabilitation after knee surgery was second nature. I could adapt and overcome all the physical obstacles, and with Martial Arts Training, I could channel or focus away the pain.
I wonder what others going through the ordeal of knee surgery have to say?
